Re-Immagine It! Session I – 2nd-5th Graders

  • Ashland Museum 105 Hanover Ave Ashland, VA 23005 United States (map)

Judith McKinney, a winner of the Center Street Pitch Competition, received a grant to offer free art activities to youth this summer. She is collaborating with the Ashland Museum to have two sessions of Re-Immagine It! at the Museum.

Session I for 2nd-5th graders will be Wednesday, July 15, 10am-12noon.

Creative thinkers - this is your chance to redesign the Ashland Train Station or design a creation all your own making. Options will be to design a three-panel board poster, a box diorama, or two-dimensional art with scrapbook paper and embellishments.

All materials are supplied for the session. However, a child may bring something they would like to include in their design.

Class size is limited to 10 youth at each session. Registration is required. Please contact the Museum at 804-368-7314 or ashlandmuseum@comcast.net to reserve a spot or for information.
